We have found the quality of workmanship and materials in the home to be of excellent quality, even though we purchased the home after it was completed and therefore did not have any input in the design and selection of materials or in overseeing the construction.
Most importantly, we believe, is that Mr. Aycock has been very helpful and responsive and continued to have a friendly relationship with us ever since we moved in. Each time there was a minor issue or question during the warranty period, he returned our call, usually within an hour, and had someone out to take care of the problem within a week or less. He always followed up with us to be sure everything had been taken care of to our satisfaction.
